Bobrovec village, Liptov region - The Tatra Mountains, 3 km from the district town "Liptovsky Mikulas";
Two rooms (top floor) in private cottage with separate entry, dining/kitchen, bathroom + WC, satellite TV & radio, off-street safety car parking, big garden with playing field for children - kids are welcome;

There are 1 "French bed" for two persons and 2 additional beds in each room;

Sports and cultural events:
       
Liptov region (429-2494 m) is indeed a tourist paradise. All nature fans will find here ideal possibilities for the rest of sports. The abundance of natural attractiveness, cultural and historical monuments and folk traditions present in all forms of expression act as a magnet of tourists. When bad weather comes you can visit the numerous museums or galleries. Liptov is attractive and interesting all over the year. The ideal location of the village Bobrovec makes it excellent starting point for tourism.
       
Travellers arriving at our accomodation get all tourist information, they would like to have. We are at disposal of guests for answering any question, regarding the life in Liptov region, attractions, excursions, shopping, discoteques etc. We also give general, useful advice based on the experiences of other tourists previously lodged at us.
THE WESTERN TATRAS (3 km) - The Tatra Biospheric Reserve (UNESCO) - intact nature with various hiking trails; mountain bikes (3 km); rafting on the Bela river (15 km); paragliding from Babky Peak (5 km);
The Rohace Mountains (5-35 km) - a part of the West Tatra Mountains, unusual beauty and diversity of natural objects is gathered in a small area;
THE LOW TATRA MOUNTAINS (10 km) - The Low Tatra National Park; the well known Demenova valley (15 km long) represents the most important entrance to the Low Tatra Mountains and the world famous Demenova Caves (Demanovska Ice Cave and Demanovska Cave of Freedom); cable way to Chopok (2024 m);
THE HIGH TATRA MOUNTAINS (40 km) - The Tatra National Park - the highest peak is Gerlachovsky stit (2655 m); the largest mountain lake is Strbske pleso; very famous are Studenovodske waterfalls; the biggest settlements are Stary Smokovec (Tatry) - funicular railway to Hrebienok and Tatranska Lomnica village - cage rape-way to Lomnicky stit peak (2632 m);
SKIING - Chopok Jasna (18 km)-the biggest and most popular resort of winter sports, artificial snow (if necessary); Lipt.Mikulas-Podbreziny (11 km); Bobrovec-Lipovec (3 km); Zavazna Poruba (14 km); Liptovsky Jan (13 km); Ilanovo(9 km); information about ski-centres;
SWIMMING -summer thermal swimming pool in Liptovsky Jan(11 km); Liptovska Mara dam (4 km); swimming pool in Liptovsky Mikulas (6 km);
Aquapark TATRALANDIA (4 km) - the biggest water park in Slovakia; 6 thermal pools, 6 big tobogans and many atractions;
Thermal bath and swimming pool in Besenova (19 km) - the natural curative springs; the thermal pool utilizes the hot curative springs comming out from the depth of 1980 m with the temperature of 62° C; there are the pools with temperatures ranging between 36-40° C warm according to the period of the year; the mineral springs are renowned for treatment of the motor apparatus, urinary and respiratory systems; it has also considerable cosmetic effects;
FOLK ARCHITECTURE - a folk architecture reserve Vlkolinec (25 km) - included in the UNESCO List of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage; Museum of Liptov Village in Pribilina (15 km), The Orava Village Museum in Zuberec (40 km); unique pure wooden church in St. Cruz (Svaty Kriz) - 18th century (15 km);
CASTLES - Orava Castle-13th century (60 km); ruins of gothic castle in Liptovsky Hradok-14th century (15 km); Strecno Castle (60 km)-gothic castle from 14th century; Spis Castle (90 km) - the largest castle in Slovakia, included in the UNESCO List of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage;
LIPTOVSKY MIKULAS (3 km) - the district town, 33.000 inhabitants, (577 m): Bohun Gallery; The Janko Kral Literary Museum; Slovak Museum of Nature Conservation and Speleology; Prison of J. Janosik - forest robber (Slovak Robin Hood); St. Nicolaus Church (1280); Synagogue (1731);
SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS - there are a grocery (150 m and 350 m) and pubs in Bobrovec village; the nearest inn (restaurant with pub) is 1 km away; we are also well placed for a choice of good restaurants and inns - Liptovsky Mikulas with many possibilities is 10 minutes drive away;
